Yvette Simmons

Therapist for Individuals

About Me

I am a MBACP Integrative Therapist, working with individuals.

My experience is in counselling for students in further and higher education. I have also worked in gambling addiction and substance misuse. Additionally I work in private practice supporting adult clients with a vast range of life, and work related difficulties.

I take a holistic view of each persons presenting issue. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to speak about anything that may be bothering you. Sometimes the way we view ourselves may be holding us back. We may feel overwhelmed, have lost sight of what we value, or perhaps we are finding it hard to see meaning in the life we live. I can support you whilst you gain clarity. I work with your strengths and use empathy, kindness, and non-judgment to uplift and empower you. I offer the opportunity for you to feel seen and heard. To Identify that you are valued, you matter and you have purpose.

FUN FACT:  I have been told; I have a really good ear for different accents! I also love foreign films!

You can talk to me about:
